This calendar year has seen the firm of Better Business Lawyers (Gold Coast-Tweed) experience increasing demand for our services, which are primarily provided by myself to a growing list of clients.
During 2025, I and the BBL team have provided advice; negotiation, documentation and dispute resolution/litigation services in the following areas:
- Businesses and Companies (shareholder, partnership and joint venture agreements; operating, trading and franchising agreements; sale and purchase completions; and governance by way of my being a Certified Chair of Advisory Boards);
- Estate Planning (wills; powers of attorney and trusts);
- Probate of deceased estates;
- Disputed Wills (family provision claims); and
- Property (contracts; commercial leasing; and lot entitlements)
Our plans for 2026 are to continue to focus on the areas we have serviced in 2025.
We will continue to rely on, and be grateful for, referrals whether from our clients; networking groups of which we are a member; and family and friends of our wider contacts.
I wish to thank everyone who has supported us during 2025 in whatever way, and we wish all our in our community a peaceful and enjoyable Christmas and a wonderful New Year.
